Your evening will start with some education from Justin Neufeld, the winemaker for Gilbert Cellars & JB Neufeld. He will walk you through the wine blending process, before turning you loose to create a blend of your own. Then your tastebuds will be transported to the Alps, as you enjoy a delicious Raclette dinner, served in it's traditional leisurely fashion. You'll start off with some bubbly and light appetizers. Then you'll fill your plates with charcuterie and potatoes, before dumping melted cheese over the whole pile. Challenge your tastebuds to find the perfect bite combination. Wrap up the evening with dessert and some Genepi, a French digestif. During dinner, Justin will bottle your wine creation for you to take home. The evening will take place at the beautiful home of Carl & Susan Youngstrom, and transportation can be provided to and from.

Gather at Casa de Richardson where Julie Picatti & Dennis Richardson and Sean & Bridget Russel will be pouring a bottle of white, a bottle of red....perhaps a bottle of rose instead....or if you'd rather have a rat-pack martini? Va bene! Put your carb-free, gluten-free diets behind you for the evening, as you enjoy the best in aperitifs, charcuterie plates and homemade wood-fired pizzas. Experience a hop farm during the hubbub of hop harvest next September! First, the Roy Farms tour bus will pick you and 11 of your closest friend up to head out to the main farm. There, one of the owners will explain the inner workings of harvest as you get an up close and personal look at the hops while in full processing mode. But there's more! Next, the bus will whisk you to the Hop Nation Brewery in downtown Yakima. Get a brewery tour and sample beers with owner Ben Grossman. A thoughtful sit down beer pairing-dinner by Crafted caps off this awesome hop and beer experience. 

Come relish an exclusive evening of beauty, fun, food, and great wine at one of the most celebrated vineyards in Washington State. 10 people will enjoy a wagon ride through the hills of the Red Willow Vineyard while sipping wine and learning how Yakima Valley fruit is some of the best around. Then discover it first hand with a line-up of vineyard designated wines. A three-course dinner will follow with Yakima Steak Company Chef, Oscar Sanchez, manning a giant charcoal BBQ right there in the vineyard. By the end of the night, your inner oenophile will have reached nirvana.
